Bilingual Counselors work directly with students, helping them with extracurricular profiles, and they communicate with families closely. The opportunity for growth in this position will be determined by the counselorâs individual strengths and weaknesses. What Youâll Do: 1-on-1 counseling with students aged 14-17 to build their extra-curricular profiles and applications Meet remotely and in person with students Generate creative trajectories and projects for studentsâ extracurricular development Edit essays and provide feedback to foster studentsâ
