Wir sind hey contact heroes, ein Kundenservice-Dienstleister aus dem Herzen von Hamburg, im Zentrum der HafenCity. Seit 2021 betreuen wir für Marken wie Telefónica, 1&1, Universal Music, Check24, Hamburg Wasser und enviaM deren Kundinnen und Kunden am Telefon, per Mail und im Chat. Mehr als 500 Teammitglieder arbeiten bei uns europaweit remote, und in den letzten Jahren sind wir jedes Jahr um 8 bis 10 Prozent gewachsen. Für unsere Projekte suchen wir eine Person, die das Workforce Management bei uns fest in die Hand nimmt, von Forecast und Schichtplanung über die Intraday-Steuerung bis zur Automatisierung unserer Planungs- und Reportingtools.
