Im Facility Management sorgen wir für den effizienten Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Gebäude, Flächen und technischen Einrichtungen und tragen so maßgeblich zur Funktionalität und Attraktivität unserer Standorte Augsburg, Würzburg und Konstanz bei. Als Werkstudent im Bereich Facility Management unterstützt Du unser Team bei vielfältigen operativen und strategischen Themen rund um unsere Immobilien. Deine Aufgaben Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Bestandsimmobilienflächen (Schwerpunkt Büroflächen) Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Bestandsimmobilien Aufbau und Pflege einer Überwachungsmatrix für bestehende An- und Vermietungen (eigene und fremde Büro- und Produktionsflächen) Unterstützung bei der Flächenanalyse und -planung Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Facilit
