Im Schwerpunkt entwickeln Sie eigenes Geschäft: Sie identifizieren Marktpotenziale, qualifizieren relevante Opportunities und platzieren integrierte B2B-Sicherheitslösungen aus Dienstleistung, Technik, Beratung und operativer Umsetzung dort, wo Sie Wachstumspotenziale erkennen. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Führung eines vertriebsteams von New Business-Developern für die Region Nord Ost. Die Rolle verbindet ca. 70 % eigene Business-Development-Aktivität mit ca. 30 % Teamlead-Verantwortung für 6–7 Business Development Manager.
