The role in brief You will join selectry as a Senior Recruiter and run end-to-end searches through our Hiring Engine for our clients. You own the process from structured intake to signed offer, use data to improve it, and build the sourcing infrastructure that makes the next search faster than the one before. Why this role exists selectry is a Berlin-based hr-tech company. We build and operate the Hiring Engine for plannable recruiting. Our three product lines cover different levels of recruiting ownership for our clients. What they share is a common requirement: searches need to be run well, documented clearly, and improved continuously. We are a small, senior team. Decisions move quickly. The work is concrete.
