About this role
Deine Aufgaben Als (Senior) Legal Manager – Project Development verantwortest Du die rechtliche Strukturierung und Administration unserer Projekt- und Gesellschaftslandschaft. Dabei koordinierst Du sämtliche juristischen Anforderungen entlang der Projektentwicklung und unterstützt unsere Teams bei Joint Ventures, Projektfinanzierungen sowie Transaktionen. Gemeinsam mit Projektentwicklung, Finance und externen Partnern stellst Du sicher, dass sämtliche projektbezogenen Verträge – insbesondere Gestattungs-, Dienstbarkeits-, Kabeltrassen-, Leitungs- und Grundstücksverträge – sowie gesellschaftsrechtliche Dokumente und Due-Diligence-Unterlagen vollständig, aktuell und jederzeit rechtssicher sowie transaktionsfähig sind.
