About this role
Role As Associate Programmes for SE3, you will take SE3's autonomous systems and Spatial AI capability to market with European militaries and industry partners. You will own opportunities through the European defence procurement landscape, develop the commercial and competitive positioning that wins them, and build the institutional relationships that the company needs to grow. Drive programmes across Europe from opportunity identification, capture, and commercial bid development through to award Build and maintain relationships across the Bundeswehr and primes Drive the writing of technical and commercial proposals and coordinate the contributions of engineering, legal and finance Own the commercial discipline of the function - pipeline accuracy, probability of award, and clear reporting
