In dieser Rolle bist du die Verbindung zwischen Kunden, Customer Success, Produkt und Engineering. Du analysierst technische Kundenanfragen, recherchierst in internen Systemen, strukturierst Bugreports und sorgst dafür, dass offene Themen zuverlässig bis zur Lösung verfolgt werden.
