Wir wachsen stark und generieren aktuell 8.000+ Inbound Leads, die über Close laufen und suchen jetzt einen erfahrenen RevOps der unser System verbessert und mehr Deals aus unseren Leads holt durch bessere Follow Up Struktur und Workflows. Aufgaben Das Problem, das wir lösen wollen: Unser Sales-Team verliert Zeit, weil Follow-Ups und Opportunities in Close nicht optimal priorisiert sind. Bei 8.000+ Leads im System braucht es klare Logik, damit unsere Closer nicht "irgendwas" bearbeiten, sondern immer an den Deals mit der höchsten Abschlusswahrscheinlichkeit dran sind.
