Von Communitys für Communitys. Wir veranstallten aktuell 4 Festivals im Jahr mit jeweils unter 1000 Teilnehmenden. Für den nächsten Schritt suchen wir einen tech- & marketingaffinen Operationsprofi (gn) mit hands-on mentalität, Veranstalltungserfahrung und starken Nerven, der unsere kommenden Festivals 2027 mit leitet und die Weiterentwicklung der Festivals, weiter aktiv gestalltet. Aufgaben Als Geschäftsführer (gn) leitest du unser 2 köpfiges Team im Büro inkl. deiner Co-Geschäftsführerin und koardinierst unterschiedliche Freelancer, Dienstleister, sowie über 100 Ehrenamtliche-Team Mitglieder.
