Through the timely heritage of artisanal butchery, over 100,000 lbs of meat are processed daily and fulfilled by a team of butchers who convert fresh meat to custom specifications. Our distribution network uses a fleet 45 company trucks that make over 1,000 deliveries every day to customers across Ontario including premier hotels, casinos, event venues, restaurants, and foodservice establishments.
