About this role
We’re seeking a driven AI Lead to take ownership of AI across one of the fastest-growing legal tech companies in Europe, leading the development and evolution of our core AI products. This role combines applied generative AI development with AI leadership, balancing hands-on work on production systems with leading the AI team, defining the roadmap, and establishing best practices for AI across the company. Reporting to the Head of Engineering , you’ll be responsible for the entire AI function: setting direction, building systems, and enabling the organization to effectively leverage AI.
