The rule I use: if I wouldn't share this post with a friend who had the same problem as my audience, I don't post it.

They brand every piece of content consistently

Growing accounts look instantly recognizable. The same colors, the same logo placement, the same tone. This compound recognition builds brand equity over time — eventually people know a post is from you before they read the caption. Without this consistency, every post feels like it comes from a different account, which makes it harder to build an audience that follows because of you specifically.

These posts perform well because they're genuinely positive and personal. They also make followers feel like they're part of something rather than just being marketed to.

What I'd skip
